Performance Management Successfully Delivered at Union Bank of Nigeria

F.A.L Technologies has successfully rolled out a Performance Management Platform and Data warehouse for Union Bank of Nigeria using IBM Cognos BI. The solution rolled Balanced Scorecards nationwide to over 4000 employees allowing KPI measurements across 4 perspectives (Financial, Customer, Internal and Learning and Growth). We also delivered a number of Financial Reporting Dashboards across the management structure of Union Bank of Nigeria.
